Is art harmful to artists?

Solution of and vitamin B complex have shared to student in Chelsea and Parsons art students

Pass around a bottle of pill and invite people to take one, I put a pill into a transparent cup of water before reading the text below:
Because of spending a lot of time working in art, I have had inadequate sleep for many years, I often have mouth ulcers. Sometimes when they are difficult to cope with, I eat a vitamin B complex to boost the healing process. I know my urine will become very yellow afterwards. When making a piece of work, I once accidentally cut myself and bled, prompting me to question myself about why I invest so much effort, time and health into art.
(starting to sway the cup of water)
In that moment, I started to have an idea about collecting my luridly yellow urine and exhibiting it. It's a part of my life and an evidence, a kind of documentation of what I have sacrificed for art. The faster I want the bottle to be full, the more water I drink. The more I drink water, the more transparent the urine becomes, so I have to absorb more vitamin B complex to maintain its color, in a vicious circle. Drinking water and ingesting vitamins is something that is supposed to be good for health, but now I do it in an art purpose, it's kind of harmful to my health. In this work, I have sacrificed my health to finish the work faster, to exchange time, for making another art.
In short, I use my health to exchange for art.
After the water turns to fully yellow, I raised up my hand as a blessing.
And say: To our health!
